Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata Dutt are celebrating their 17th wedding anniversary today (February 11, 2025). Maanayata Dutt took to Instagram and penned a cute wedding anniversary post for hubby Sanjay Dutt, in which she called him ‘annoying bestest half’.

She shared a video that has a photo of her trying to kiss Sanjay Dutt. Maanayata captioned the post as, “When you truly love a person, you love them twice!! We hurry too much when we say ‘I love you’ the first time. we are attracted to the way they look, the way they smell, the way they move, the way they talk. But, after a few months or years the curtains falls off from the senses that are not so attractive anymore.”

Sanjay Dutt’s wife also opened up about the tough times she faced when the actor was in jail due to his alleged involvement in the 1993 Mumbai Blasts. “We are faced with the true person that they are, the generational trauma, the mood swings, the moral indifferences, the habits, sometimes it’s not so pleasant anymore…. But even then if you chose to love the same person, such love,…is the love of understanding…knowing….power….And when you say, I love you ….this love is strength….imperishable…and forever ‘I love you ‘ @duttsanjay my annoying bestest half,” she concluded.

The couple tied the knot in 2008 and since then, they have been giving major couple goals to fans. Maanayata and Sanjay are proud parents of twin kids – Shahraa and Iqra.

On the work front, Sanjay Dutt will next be seen in Housefull 5, Welcome To The Jungle and Son Of Sardar 2. Talking about Son Of Sardar 2, the film also stars Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur and Kubbra Sait in key roles.
